In this one on one session, we work with either leaders or team members to articulate desired and undesired emotions, build self-awareness, create better connections and encourage growth.

4 - 5 hours in person

To enhance your clients experience it is essential to understand your employees experiences in the workplace fully. In this workshop we will identify the full range of desired and less desirable emotions for each team member, then collaborate to create a unique team canvas which defines the emotional culture of the team as a whole - emphasising human connections.

In this interactive session, we map out touchpoints for our client’s journey. Then as a team determine how we would like our clients to feel and not feel and identify key moments where we can improve the experience for our clients.
